- The cost of placing a pet in the room is 1000 rubles per day.
- A guest coming to stay (treatment) to the resort with a pet must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a mark of vaccination or present a veterinary certificate of the established sample.
- The guest is obliged to bring a special cage for a pet.
- Do not leave Pets unattended in room and lobby of the resort, at the resort without special cells.
- For toilet cats guest is obliged to bring a special tray.
- Banned walking Pets in the resort and the surrounding area.
- Feeding Pets guest is required to bring a special dish.
- Feed the Pets of dishes belonging to the resort is strictly prohibited.
- It is forbidden to take Pets to an entertainment resort complex and other common areas.
- It is forbidden to wash Pets in the shower room, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the resort.
- It is forbidden to comb Pets in the room, lobbies and other common areas of the resort.
- The guest is obliged to allow access to the resort staff in the room for cleaning or repairs.
- In the case of damage to the resort property pet,the guest is obliged to pay damages according to the price list of property damage.
- The resort reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a guest staying with a pet and demand to leave the resort in case of violation of these rules and is also the case of aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of a pet.
