Aromatic baths are the effects on the body of a sick fresh water with aromatic substances dissolved in it (sage, lavender, antirheumatic collection). The procedure contributes to a local increase in the temperature of the tissues and an increase in blood flow in the muscles and internal organs, as a result of which the metabolic processes in the body are accelerated and the concentration of cholesterol is reduced.
The procedure is effective in the treatment of hypertensive disease stage I-II, vascular diseases; pruritic dermatosis; chronic female diseases; neurosis; asthenoneurotic syndrome; chronic fatigue syndrome; diseases of the musculoskeletal system; diseases of the peripheral nervous system.
The procedure is contraindicated in patients with stable exertional angina III functional class; cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, frequent ventricular arrhythmia; atrioventricular block; heart failure above stage IIA; hypertension stage III; acute inflammatory events; oncological diseases; xp glomerulonephritis; recurrent thrombophlebitis; epilepsy with frequent seizures; thyrotoxicosis; mycoses; hypersensitivity to bath components.
